I’ve been in recruiting for over a decade, spending most of that time inside a high producing firm managing client relationships, filling tough roles, and leading recruiters. And after all that time, I saw the same pattern over and over. Too many searches are rushed, too many candidates look strong on paper but fall apart in practice, and too many recruiters focus on filling a role instead of actually getting it right.
